Aim Partners with Martino Motorsports
Aim is excited to announce our partnership with Youngstown-based World Champion and National Drag Racing Standouts Martino Motorsports! This partnership was built from a mutual love of family, community, and a shared audience – automotive enthusiasts!
Aim Talent Acquisition Team members Lauren Mohler and Kelsey Francis were on-site for Martino’s race in Norwalk, OH, June 2-4, where they greeted fans, handed out Aim swag, and spent some time in “the pit” with the crew.
Aim Recruitment and Marketing team members will be present at several more races throughout the summer season to engage with fans, as well as potential future customers and employees.
As part of the partnership with Martino Motorsports, Aim is launching an employee “Race Day Question” video contest where Aim employees can submit their most pressing race day questions to the Martino Team to be answered via social media.
