Aim Employees Inspire Young Minds
Recently, Aim employees got involved in several career days in the community. During these visits Aim employees talked to students about the services Aim has to offer as well as the career opportunities available at Aim.
Attending career days holds a significant importance as it offers a valuable opportunity to explore various career paths and gain insights into the transportation industry. It allows for the opportunity to introduce young minds to the vast professions available in the industry and inspire students to explore their interests. The goal of participating in these events is to provide children with exposure to various careers, helping them understand the diverse possibilities available to them in the future.
Team members Brandon Stieb – Vice President of Operations, Aim Integrated Logistics; Paul Eippert – Regional Safety Manager; Molly Julian – Senior Talent Management Trainer; and Bob Thibodeau – Safety Director, attended Canfield Village Middle School 8th Grade Career Day in Canfield, OH.
“It was a successful event,” said Senior Talent Management Trainer Molly Julian, “It was a privilege being able to reach young minds and letting them learn more about their options for their future.”
Brandon Csuhta - Service Manager for our Crafton, PA shop, attended career day at Baden Academy, Baden, PA.
Team members Joielle Martin - Senior Talent Associate, Josh Keppler - Diesel Mechanic Foreman for our Cheswick, PA shop, and Brian McNeely - Service Manager for our Cranberry, PA shop, attended the Rosedale Technical College Career Day in Pittsburgh, PA.
“It was such an honor to participate once again with Rosedale Technical School, and their up-and-coming Diesel Mechanics,” said Senior Talent Associate Joielle Martin. We were able to meet with talented and motivated individuals whom we hope one day will be Aim employees!”
