Aim Competes in NationaLease Tech Challenge
Annually, numerous Aim technicians showcase their mechanical expertise by participating in the NationaLease Tech Challenge, vying for the prestigious title of Top Tech. This competition assesses the knowledge and abilities of hundreds of technicians, aiming to identify the most deserving recipient of this esteemed honor.
Comprising 140 independent businesses, including Aim, NationaLease collaborates as a unified entity to enhance customer service nationwide. Recently, the initial phase of the rigorous three-part Tech Challenge was conducted. We take great pride in announcing that four of our skilled technicians secured the top position in four out of the seven regions Aim competed, propelling them closer to the coveted title of Top Tech.
Those winners are:
Eric Maynard - Erie, PA
Zach Saum - Girard, OH
John Norwood - Elmhurst, IL
Mark Duselis - Indianapolis, IN
All regional winners traveled to Chicago last month to compete in the next leg of the competition. During this competition, Mark Duselis placed 3rd in the NationaLease Tech Challenge.
Mark has been turning wrenches at Aim since 2015, beginning his career at our Indianapolis North facility. In 2020, he transferred to our Indianapolis South facility where he currently works as Shop Foreman.
