Aim NationaLease

provides both truck leasing solutions and maintenance programs on most any type of diesel tractors including reefer trailers. We also offer short-term commercial rental programs as well as full-service leasing options. Our mechanics are the best in the industry and have numerous ASE certifications, awards and receive top training on the latest technology and equipment available.

Aim Integrated Logistics

focuses on increasing our clients' control over their transportation and distribution system while reducing cost and improving customer service. We handle all type of cargo including food service, steel, aluminum, beverages, and specialized commodities. It operates a late model fleet comprised of Flatbed, Van, Sliding Tarp, Reefer, and Doubles Trailers over 22 Million miles annually in service to our customers.

Chief Information Officer
John Reed

John Reed’s experience in the transportation industry began in 1983 when he joined a small software company and wrote one of the first integrated transportation packages. He attended Youngstown State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSAS degree. In 1993, he joined Aim as a programmer and tech specialist. At the time, he was the only IT employee in the company. Since then, he’s grown the team into two departments: networking & helpdesk and the development & programming.

In January of 2003, he was promoted to Vice President and then to his current role as Chief Information Officer. Under his leadership, Aim has won two CCJ Innovator awards and continues to push the technical envelope all in an effort to better serve our customers. Our data transparency and “One Version of the Truth” approach allows our customers to view their data directly in our system without any filtering.

VP of Human Resources
Patty Durkin

Patty Durkin began her career with Aim as a human resource manager in 2006. She became Vice President of Human Resources in 2010 when Aim continued to grow as a company. Previously, she was human resource manager at Denman Tire in Warren, Ohio, for 14 years. Prior to that, she was an account executive with the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services.

She holds a bachelor's degree in human resources and an associate degree in business management from Youngstown State University. She is also a graduate of Ursuline High School in Youngstown and of the Choffin Career Center's legal/medical secretary program.

Patty is a member of the Western Reserve Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Managers and has held the program chair position in prior years. She received her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification in 2006. She is a board member of the Trumbull County Workforce Investment Board. Patty is also a member of Aim's Relay for Life and United Way teams for Aim.

She lives in Ellsworth with her husband, Rick, and enjoys books on tape, the beach, consignment shopping and family life. Patty has always appreciated her mentors and hopes that she can be a good mentor.

CFO Rick Fox

Rick Fox is the Chief Financial Officer for Aim NationaLease and Aim Integrated Logistics. Rick received his degree from Youngstown State University in 1981 and became a CPA in November of 1983. He began his accounting career in August of 1981 with Hill Barth and King CPA’s and was with them until 1987. In his 6 years with Hill Barth and King CPA’s, Rick was promoted to a supervisor level. His experience afforded him the opportunity to take on a position with the Aim group of companies in 1987, where he has been ever since.

Rick has served on various boards with the Youngstown Lions Club, United Way and Goodwill, and has served as Chairman of the Finance Committee at Old North Church.

He can be seen daily at the downtown Youngstown YMCA where he enjoys lifting weights and working out. He lives in Canfield with his wife of 33 years, Donna, and they have three children. His son Brian has followed in his footsteps and works at Hill Barth and King CPA’s and recently passed his CPA exam. His son Joseph lives in Florida and runs a family fitness center in West Baca. His daughter Melissa lives in Florida and is the mother of Rick’s two beautiful granddaughters. Because of those granddaughters, Rick’s new hobby is visiting them in Florida, where he has a second home.
