We invest in the continued growth of our employees. Aim diesel mechanics are eligible for company-paid training for to obtain their CDL-A license and/or ASE certification.

In addition to supporting our diesel technicians, all Aim employees as well as their children are eligible to further their education in applying for a scholarship through the TRALA Academic Scholarship Program. Are you or someone you know planning to pursue a four-year degree? TRALA member companies’ employees and the children of most employees are eligible to apply for the TRALA Academic Scholarship Program. Scholarship recipients may receive up to $5,000 per year in scholarships per recipient.
