The Aim Story - What Drives Us
Aim Integrated Logistics happened quite by accident over 25 years ago. Tom Fleming, the owner of the company, was speaking with a long standing Full Service Lease customer that asked him to start supplying not just trucks but drivers as well. Tom started Aim Dedicated Logistics, now Aim Integrated Logistics, with a small food service delivery account in Pittsburgh. Its reputation to provide excellent service, with professional drivers at competitive rates, has led the Integrated group to grow to over 400 employees servicing 46 unique operations in 15 states.
Aim Integrated handles all type of cargo including food service, steel, aluminum, beverages, and specialized commodities. It operates a late model fleet comprised of Flatbed, Van, Sliding Tarp, Reefer, and Doubles Trailers over 22 Million miles annually in service to our customers. Aim Integrated Logistics is honored to be named Transport Topics 21st largest Dedicated Provider, as well as a member of the EPA SmartWays program focused on improving fleet MPG while reducing our carbon footprint.
The growth of Aim Integrated is truly attributed to the hundreds of hard working drivers, account managers, regional managers, and support staff. Our operations teams are in the field every day trying to drive efficiency, improve supply chains, manage and improve the safety of our driving and non-driving functions. Every member of the Aim Integrated Family believes in our core values to provide the safest, most professional drivers that we can to our customers.
